My thoughts:

I have never been a fan of wet foundations. I always find it
too much of a hassle so I usually skip it until and unless it’s absolutely necessary.
From outing with friends where I will be clicking gazillion selfies to those
special dinner dates, I need something that will be quick but still does the
job. If a product guaranties to minimize my dark spots, brighten my face, protect
me from harmful UV rays, won’t clog my pores and to top it all it will provide
me with a matte look!  well you can count
me in. So when Za’s true white two way foundation promised that it does all
that and also comes in a stunning packaging I was head over heels. Aren’t we
all suckers for multi tasking products with beautiful packaging?

Let’s start with the selling point of the product, the
price. Unlike most luxury brands this one won’t burn a hole in your pocket. A Shiseido’s
product at such an affordable price is quite remarkable. Once you run out of
the product all you have to do is buy the refill and replace in it the case. This
means you are saving moolah as well the mother earth.  From the moment I started using this
foundation I noticed that it’s slightly light for my skin tone. Even though it’s
the 3rd darkest shade. I feel they should have added darker hues for
us wheatish ladies. On its own this foundation does provide a light to medium
coverage. Because it’s a little light for my skin tone I like to use it above
my bb cream to amplify the effect. As advertised it does provide a matte
finish. I am happy with that fact that this comes with SPF protection (Always wear
you sun screen girls!).  Another outstanding
aspect about this foundation is that you can use it wet for a heavier coverage
or dry for an everyday look (hence the name “Two way foundation”). Apart from
the limited shade option this is a great buy for college girls or anyone who
want a good quality multi tasking foundation.
