But ever since I was a little kid I got into a habit of oiling my hair before a
wash. So I continue to do so regardless what some of the articles say. I have noticed on the days when I don’t oil my

from my scalp to the tips and give myself a champi while I am at it. I leave it
on for the night and next morning I shampoo and condition my hair as usual.
